Hi, I’m Di, I work as a small animal vet here at GEOvet. I grew up in Melbourne and went through vet school at Melbourne University. I came to GEOvet in 2008 and have worked here ever since.  My passion is surgery and I had further education in surgery early on in my career, then worked as a surgeon in the UK before settling down at GEOvet to raise my family.  I am kept busy with two amazing kids, Amber and Hayden, and a menagerie of pets including a cavalier King Charles spaniel, Madi, rabbits Frank and Peaches, 7 chooks and some fish. Our family loves getting outdoors in this beautiful part of Australia, camping, hiking and kayaking.  We also love to get muddy running the mud filled adventure courses around this area.  I am also passionate about edible gardening and you will often find me in the garden harvesting berries, fruit and vegetables.
